About our devices

If you’ve gotten this far, you probably know that the modules available here are designed and hand-assembled by me, Marc, and (sometimes) one other person. That means that things tend to run a little slower, but that also means that I do not make things available unless they’re built or ready to be built. That being said, when it comes to such a small-shop operation, some other limitations apply, so please take that into account when purchasing from us.

Shipping

All shipping within the United States (including territories and AF destinations) is included in the price of the device. Shipping rates to other destinations can be seen at check out. If your location doesn’t appear on the list, I am happy and eager to ship to you, but please do reach out via email (marc@fkmg-circuits.com) to coordinate on shipping. I’ll respond as quickly as I can. Please note that import fees on your end may apply.

Warranty

Things happen, and if they do, please know that I will do my best to fix any defects or replace an item up to one year after the date of purchase. If something isn’t working correctly (or if you have questions) please get in touch immediately and we’ll coordinate. This only applies to items that have not been tinkered with once received (i.e. taken apart or modified in any way).
